He Cares is spearheaded by two directors with limitless passion and drive to make a difference in the lives of young people in the UK.

Their genuine care and love for the youth is what motivates them to provide a wide range of highly effective initiatives, including mentoring programs, tertiary education, and mental health counselling.

The vision of a safe society that allows young people to be their absolute best selves is a major source of motivation for our directors and staff.

HeCares semi-independent living service is ultimately driven by the mission of adding hope to the world, especially in the world’ of young people who might not have the same opportunities and resources as those who were born in more privileged households.

It is our way of bridging the gap between young people with talent and the access they need to reach their highest potential.

From the vibrantly cultural mosaic that is Sub-saharan Africa, our directors are driven by a philosophy known as Ubuntu. The core idea: “I am because you are” embraces the importance of appreciating those around you and acknowledging the vital interconnectedness of everyone within a community.

They know that every person in a community, especially the elders – can have a profound impact on the younger generation. Therefore, our directors have taken it upon themselves to be shining beacons of hope that provide effective leadership and guidance to help young people become the best they can be.
